Test af læskedrikke

Testen af læskedrikke viser, at indholdet af sukker betyder meget for, hvilket Spismærke læskedrikkene kan få. Læskedrikke, der får Spis Mest Mærket, er ikke tilsat sukker. Spis Mindre Mærket gives til de læskedrikke, der er tilsat lidt sukker eller kunstige sødemidler. Indholdet af sukker er så højt i de læskedrikke der får Spis Mindst Mærket, at det ikke kan anbefales at drikke dem hver dag.


Spis Mest Mærker

Læskedrikke får Spis Mest Mærket, hvis de ikke indeholder sukker, fedt, mættet fedt eller tilsat salt.

De produkter, der får Spis Mest Mærket, er vand på flaske - enten kildevand, danskvand eller mineralvand. Vand fra vandhanen hører også til i 'drik mest' kategorien. Et godt tip til vand med smag er at have koldt vand med mynte eller citronmelisse i køleskabet. Prøv også vand med skiver af enten jordbær, citrusfrugter eller agurk. Det smager friskt, er billigt, og indeholder kun lidt frugtsukker.

Spis Mindre Mærker


Læskedrikke får Spis Mindre Mærker, hvis de højest indeholder 5 gram sukker, 2,5 gram fedt og/eller 2 gram mættet fedt per 100 gram. De kan også være tilsat salt.

Alle former for juice og drikkevarer tilsat sødestoffer kan ikke få Spis Mest Mærket. Selvom juice ikke får Spis Mest Mærket, så kan ét glas juice (1½-2 dl) dagligt erstatte én af de anbefalede 6 stykker frugt og grønt, vi helst skal spise dagligt. Men kun ét glas - og det gælder både frugt- og grønsagsjuice. Juice indeholder ca. lige så mange kalorier som sodavand, og syren skader tænderne. Derfor er det ikke en god idé at drikke for meget juice.
